Love has been kind to me today

Seems as it won’t lead me astray

With it I’ve travelled hills and valleys

And spent every moment lucid, at ease

Surely, one day, this feeling will be gone

And I’ll be crying into my own arms

But for now, I lie

Under the bright blue sky

And cherish the present now
